Prayer Request Update

On Monday, November 10th, we notified you of a financial need for Pastor Antonio Perez. He has asked us to let you know how grateful he is for your prayers and your commitment to purchase a motorcycle. When I spoke with him on that Monday I encouraged him to make this a matter of prayer above anything else. He mentioned to me later in the week that he and his wife were getting up at 4:30 am to pray before he went off to work. By Friday we had received several financial gifts and an unexpected matching gift which met the need to purchase a motorcycle. I called Pastor Antonio to let him know the financial commitments had come in and asked him what he thought about this, his response was, “Soy un pecador y no merezco esto” (I am a sinner and do not deserve this). I have to believe he was thinking of what the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 10:9 – But God demonstrates his own love towards us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Like Pastor Antonio we all have received something we did not deserve – Jesus.

World Reach Missions would like to thank you for being a part of kingdom building in a little village in Petén, Guatemala. Without your prayers, involvement, and financial support we would be unable to support pastors, churches, programs, and projects that take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a world in desperate need of a Savior.

May God richly bless you for your willingness to serve Him.
