Graduation to Guatemala

CJ, our youngest son will be getting up in a few hours to begin the first day of his 30 day journey in Guatemala. It has almost become a routine in our house the night before the dreaded 6:00 am flight. Stay up until 1 am trying to put the finishing touches on the perfectly packed suitcase, the one that weighs 49.5 lbs., anything over fifty pounds cost extra. Then arising at 4 am to rush to the airport and stand in line. It’s easy to see how you can lose sight of the big picture dealing with all of the necessary details.

Willene and I are very excited to see CJ take the initiative to raise support to go on a month long mission trip. His goal will be to serve Pastor Jose Sanchez and provide labor support for the current mission project there.
